Time Based Techniques

Time is unusual amongst the range of things the average person has to manage. You can't see it; you can't hear it; you can't touch or feel it and it doesn't have any taste or smell. The way that we normally find out about the world around us is through our five senses, but this doesn't apply to time. Yet we all know about time and are able - to some extent - to deal with it successfully. We do this using our own personal Time Line.

Your "Time Line" is how you unconsciously store your memories and how you unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future. Change will take place at an unconscious level, people don't change consciously.

What Is The Time Line process?

The Time Line process allows you to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change "inappropriate" programming in minutes rather than days, months or years.

Why Do I Need It?

Do you have irrational negative emotions like Anger, Fear, Sadness, Guilt and Hurt – do you get car-rage, supermarket rage? Do you cry at the smallest thing? Do you have a limiting decision which is holding you back from doing whatever it is you wish to do?

Limiting decisions, such as "Fear of Failure”, “I'm not good enough," "I'll never be rich," or "I don't deserve a great marriage" “I can’t lose weight” create limitations and hamper your ability to create reachable and attainable goals and outcomes.
