What is Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy takes you into a state of intense relaxation. It is in this relaxed state that your mind is best able to respond to suggestion and imagery and therefore focus on the things you wish to change. It enables programmes set in your subconscious mind to be lifted to the surface and changed for the benefit of the conscious mind. How Hypnotherapy and NLP works

When you have a problem or concern - whether it be anxiety, stress or an addiction - you instinctively know that the problem may not be rational. What you may not be aware of is that the problem resides in the subconscious part of your mind which controls your behaviours and habits, both good and bad.

How many sessions?

I suggest a 3-5 session programme?

I have found that clients enjoy greater and longer-lasting success when committing to a programme of sessions. Whilst rapid improvement may be evident fairly quickly for many clients (see testimonials) further sessions are important to build confidence and consolidate the positive change experienced. The first session lasts about an hour and a half and subsequent sessions are usually about an hour.
