Stress Management

Stress is becoming the number one reason for “sickness at work” and Doctors are seeing more and more people who are suffering from too much stress and depression. Can we catch it before it becomes a huge problem? And if so, what can we do to help ourselves?

Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one's attention to the present moment. Mindfulness Meditations are a great way of getting back in tune with yourself. I offer these on a regular basis – feel free to ask what is currently on the schedule.
